Decision means choice make something after thinking and talking about what is the best thing to do.So making decision with right technique is important to get a lot of revenue, as well as there are many ways to make decision. For example, company make decision by consultation when there are different exert opinions are heard before a decision. Some decision-making cause confrontation, but you have to make concession to reach an agreement. And also, you should make compromise to get employees' satisfaction and , some decision-making choice by consensus. On top of that, decision-making is useful for any business, so we study some words that are related to decision-making such as, hierarchy , brainstorm, put forward,..etc. In addition, communication skills is really substantial to know how you can make a decision in meeting like giving your opinion, giving someone else's opinion, agreeing , disagreeing...etc. finally, when you choice the right a decision, you get many benefits .
