Hanan business class

On the whole, first impression about unit 13 was bad because it remind me about failure.But when we started to study this unit, I learn new words and new phrases verbs.and how to describe  problem in order to get solution. Also, how you can analyse the problem and give advice. So we make a lot of activities with classmate to improve our skills in speaking; also we make discussion about problem in our work; then mt classmate give me advice how can solve it. At the end of unit, we read article about how some countries help anther countries by improving their skill in  own business in order to get  revenue; then these people can take care their families with right way.       

When I read the title of unit 12; the question became in my mind what sort of topic we are going to take.But while I was reading  the article that is on first in the unit, I felt interested. Because, I liked the information which certain in the article; for example,how people learn from each other, and how you can introduce to yourself, also how you can ask questions in order to get benefits from other people, as well as we learn new vocabulary. the best useful topic in this unit is technique to make presentation; we learn some steeps; for example, first introduce yourself and your company. Second, introduction, third. give more details about your topic. Also, use some phrases to track the audience, and make nice PowerPoint. At the end of presentation make conclusion. Decision means choice make something after thinking and talking about what is the best thing to do.So making decision with right technique is important to get a lot of revenue, as well as there are many ways to make decision. For example, company make decision by consultation when there are different exert opinions are heard before a decision. Some decision-making cause confrontation, but you have to make concession to reach an agreement. And also, you should make compromise to get employees' satisfaction and , some decision-making choice by consensus.
